3/4CUPdill pickleschopped and drained
3TBSPpickle juicefrom the jar
3-4TBSPfresh dillfinely chopped
1Clovegarlicminced
1/4TSPblack pepperto taste
1/4CUPsour cream or Greek yoghurt
1/4CUPMayonnaise
Method
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, fresh dill, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more pickle juice or pepper if desired.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
