Ingredients

8-10 Skinless, bone-in, Chicken Thigh or Legs
3 Tablespoons of Tandoori Masala
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 cup Plain Yoghurt
4 Cloves of Garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons Ginger, minced
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Instructions
Heat oil in a small pan and add the spices and salt
Warm in a pot until fragrant. Set aside to cool completely
In a large bowl, mix the Garlic, Ginger, Yoghurt and Lemon Juice
Add oil/spice blend to the yoghurt mix
Cut 3 slits in the meat, to the bone.
Thoroughly massage marinade into the meat.
Set chicken aside for 6 - 8 hours
Grill chicken over indirect heat until internal temp is 165
Rest the chicken for 5 minutes and serve over Saffron Rice
Notes
Feel free to add other spices like Cardomon, Star Anise, Nutmeg, Allspice, Mace or other flavours to the rice
