Salmon Steaks

Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon steaks 1 to 2 inches thick
  • 2 tarragon leaves ( per steak)
  • 1 ounce butter per steak
  • 1 dash fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 1 splash white wine to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix butter, whine, tarragon and pepper.
  • Apply to both sides of each steak
  • Wrap each steak in foil
  • Cook in a 450 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.

Notes

  • Pan frying is also an option, but will be less juicy.
