Potato Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 Large Potatoes (Unpeeled)

Instructions
 

  • Grate potatoes and onion with food processor.
  • Transfer to large bowl.
  • Add all of the other ingredients to the bowl, and mix by hand.
  • Fry in vegetable oil, like pancakes.
