Ingredients
  

  • 1 chicken, fryer (2 – 2 1/2 lb)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 dash olive oil
  • 1 dash kosher or sea salt
  • 1 dash fresh ground pepper
  • 1 dash Paprika
  • 1 dash Oregano

Instructions
 

  • Butterfly the chicken, rub the outside with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  • Grill chicken at 375, bone side down for 45-60 minutes depending on size of chicken. Do not turn over. Squeeze lemon all over crispy skin and serve on a platter.
