4 heads of Garlic
2 cups olive oil
3 sprigs thyme
4 bay leaves
Instructions
Peel your garlic, leave the cloves intact (no smashing)
In a pot, add cloves and cover with oil
Add herbs
On LOW heat, slowly cook the garlic in oil. It should be frying, but you will see little bubbles eventually
After 2 - 2.5 hours, pour into a mason jar and store in fridge for 4 months+
