Crispy Fish Batter

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Rice Flour (for Dredging)
  • 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 u0026 1/4 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1/4 TSP Salt
  • 1 cup Cold Beer

Instructions
 

  • Reserve 1/4 cup Rice Flour for dredging, put aside
  • Mix the rest of the Rice Flour, AP Flour, Beer, Salt and Baking Powder in a bowl. Don't overmix.
  • Dredge a dried fish filet in the rice flour, dip in the better and into the fryer at 350F until golden brown and floating.
  • Serve with tartar sauce and a lemon wedge.

Notes

  • I also add a TBSP on dried Dill to the batter. Looks nice, adds flavour
