1/2 cup Rice Flour (for Dredging)
3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1 u0026 1/4 TSP Baking Powder
1/4 TSP Salt
1 cup Cold Beer
Instructions
Reserve 1/4 cup Rice Flour for dredging, put aside
Mix the rest of the Rice Flour, AP Flour, Beer, Salt and Baking Powder in a bowl. Don't overmix.
Dredge a dried fish filet in the rice flour, dip in the better and into the fryer at 350F until golden brown and floating.
Serve with tartar sauce and a lemon wedge.
Notes
I also add a TBSP on dried Dill to the batter. Looks nice, adds flavour
