Banana Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 6 bananas (large! )
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 375
  • Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl
  • Mash the bananas in another
  • Add melted butter to bananas
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet
  • Bake for 20 – 25 or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out cleanly

Notes

  • Add a cup of chocolate chips for a change
  • Garnish the tops of each muffin with a thin slice of banana, if you like
