2 Limes, juiced
1 clove Garlic, peeled and smashed
1/2 cup Cilantro leaves (Stems are fine too)
2 Avocados, medium
1 cup Crema or Sour Cream
2 TSP Cumin, freshly toasted and ground if you can)
1 TSP Black Pepper
1/2 TSP Chipotle (if you want some heat)
1/2 TSP Kosher salt
Instructions
Add Garlic, Cilantro and Lime Juice to a food processor, pulse till everything is fine chopped
Add the Avocados and repeat, scraping the sides as necessary.
Add the Crema and mix well.
Cool in fridge for 30 minutes before using.
Notes
I used Greek Yogurt once, and its all I could taste.
