Apple Stuffed Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole salmon
  • 1 1/2 bread crumbs
  • 1 apple (diced)
  • 4 ounce apple juice
  • 1 ounce raisins
  • 2 ounce almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 dash ground clove

Instructions
 

  • Start by frying the almonds for a minute in butter and then adding the raisins to the pan.
  • Mix everything together and throw it in the salmon.
  • Wrap the salmon in foil.
  • The important ingredient is the apple juice to make it moist, so don’t skimp.
  • five pound salmon will take about 40 minutes at 400 – 450 fahrenheit.
  • Serve with rice.
