Ingredients

1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Butter, Melted
3 cups Apples, peeled, cored and rough chopped
1/2 cup White Sugar
3 TSP Cinnamon
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 350F.
Lightly grease an 8x8 (or 9x9) pan.
Mix Brown Sugar, Oats, Flour and Butter in a large bowl
Layer half the crumb mixture in the bottom of your pan
Layer the apples on top
Sprinkle with the Sugar and Cinnamon, then top with remaining crumb mixture
Let cool for 10 minutes, then serve warm with ice cream
Notes
I used Grannysmith apples last time.
