
Turkey Seasoning
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon fresh or dried sage (rubbed)
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Dried Savory
- 2 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Rinse turkey and pat dry
- Melt enough butter to coat the bird
- Apply the herb mixture evenly, all over the bird
- Roast as usual
