Ingredients
  

  • 2 TBS Ground Coriander
  • 1 1/2 TBS Freshly Ground Cumin
  • 1 TSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 TSP Ground Ginger
  • 1 TSP Freshly Ground Cloves
  • 1 TSP Ground Mace
  • 1 TSP Freshly Fenugreek
  • 1 TSP Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 TSP Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 TSP Ground Cardomom
  • 1/2 TSP Ground Nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Mix it all up
  • Store in an airtight container our of the sunlight.

Notes

  • Curry Powder can be substituted for the fenugreek. But seriously, DONT. Find the fenugreek, its so so worth it! I got mine at an Indian market.
