Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • Some Olive Oil
  • Fresh Black Pepper
  • Sea Salt
  • Fresh or Granulated Garlic

Method

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets
  2. Toss in oil
  3. Sprinkle Su0026P u0026 Garlic over it all
  4. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes, in a 9×12 glass dish
