Ingredients
  

  • 40 ounce apple juice
  • 20 ounce apple cider vinegar
  • 20 ounce water
  • 4 tablespoon Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 4 tablespoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 onion, medium (thinly sliced)
  • 1 jalapeno, large (sliced)

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a large container and store in fridge for up to one week.
  • Apply to whole pig as often as desired during smoking process.
