
Dill Pickle Chip Dip
Ingredients
- 8 OZ cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 CUP sour cream
- 1/4 CUP mayonnaise
- 3/4 CUP chopped dill pickles
- 1 TBSP pickle juice (more to taste)
- 1 TBSP fresh dill, minced
- 1/2 TSP garlic powder
- black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese until completely smooth.
- Mix in the sour cream and mayo until well combined.
- Stir in chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, fresh dill, garlic powder and black pepper. Adjust pickle juice and seasoning to taste.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavours meld.
