Dill Pickle Chip Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 8 OZ cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 CUP sour cream
  • 1/4 CUP mayonnaise
  • 3/4 CUP chopped dill pickles
  • 1 TBSP pickle juice (more to taste)
  • 1 TBSP fresh dill, minced
  • 1/2 TSP garlic powder
  • black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Beat the cream cheese until completely smooth.
  • Mix in the sour cream and mayo until well combined.
  • Stir in chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, fresh dill, garlic powder and black pepper. Adjust pickle juice and seasoning to taste.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavours meld.
