Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Crunch Peanut Butter
  • 1 u0026 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 u0026 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 u0026 1/2 TSP Baking Soda
  • 1 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Salt

Method

  1. Beat Butter, Sugars and Peanut Butter until smooth
  2. Beat in the Eggs
  3. Add flour, Baking Soda and Salt in a separate bowl
  4. Stir into the butter mixture and dough is just combined.
  5. Chill dough for an hour in the fridge
  6. Pre-heat the oven to 375F
  7. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and lay out on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Dip a fork into flour then press a cross-hatch into each cookie
  9. Bake till edges are golden, 7 – 10 minutes
  10. Let cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
