
Chicken Satay
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 pinch black pepper, ground
- 1 pinch cumin, ground
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (cut into strips)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Then add the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator (I use a Ziplock baggy) for at least 15 minutes, but not overnight.
- Skewer the chicken strips and grill until ready. It doesn’t take long as they’re usually pretty small.
