
Chicken Brine
Ingredients
- 3 Gallons Ice Cold Water
- 6 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 12 Cardamom Seeds, whole
- 3 TBSP Whole Peppercorns
- 1.5 Cups Kosher Salt
- 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3 TBSP Savoury
Instructions
- Mix it all up
- Submerge the birds
- Set them overnight in the fridge
- Next day, rinse them off and pat dry
- Cook as you wish.
