Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Rotisserie Chicken (Or 4 Breasts or 8 Thighs)
  • 3/4 cup Sriracha
  • 2 8-oz packages of Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Ranch (or Blue Cheese) Dressing
  • 1 u0026 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 Green Onions, chopped

Method

  1. Heat shredded chicken and hot sauce in a medium pan until heated, 3-5 minutes
  2. Stir in Cream Cheese and Ranch Dressing, stir until blended, 3-5 minutes
  3. Mix in half of the cheddar cheese and transfer contents to a slow-cooker or baking dish
  4. Cover with remaining Cheddar Cheese.
  5. Cook in Slow Cooker for 35 minutes, or till bubbly. Or in the oven at 375 for 10-15 minutes
  6. Top with green onions and serve.

Notes

  • Chicken in a Biskit crackers are great here, same for any firm veg like celery, thick tortillas…
  • I switched from Frank’s Red Hot to Sriracha and this dip was waaaay better.
