
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients
- 1 Whole Rotisserie Chicken (Or 4 Breasts or 8 Thighs)
- 3/4 cup Sriracha
- 2 8-oz packages of Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Ranch (or Blue Cheese) Dressing
- 1 u0026 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 3 Green Onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat shredded chicken and hot sauce in a medium pan until heated, 3-5 minutes
- Stir in Cream Cheese and Ranch Dressing, stir until blended, 3-5 minutes
- Mix in half of the cheddar cheese and transfer contents to a slow-cooker or baking dish
- Cover with remaining Cheddar Cheese.
- Cook in Slow Cooker for 35 minutes, or till bubbly. Or in the oven at 375 for 10-15 minutes
- Top with green onions and serve.
