Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Flour
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 1 TSP Baking Soda
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter
  • 3 Ripe Bananas, Mashed
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Mix your Dries
  3. Mix your Wets
  4. Mix them together and pour into a greased 9×5 pan
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
  6. Immediately pop out of the pan and wrap in Plastic Cling Wrap (it wont melt)
  7. Rest on wire rack, wrapped, for minimum 30 minutes
  8. Slice up and enjoy some warm, moist banana bread!
