Apple Oatmeal Crisp

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Butter, Melted
  • 3 cups Apples, peeled, cored and rough chopped
  • 1/2 cup White Sugar
  • 3 TSP Cinnamon

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350F.
  2. Lightly grease an 8×8 (or 9×9) pan.
  3. Mix Brown Sugar, Oats, Flour and Butter in a large bowl
  4. Layer half the crumb mixture in the bottom of your pan
  5. Layer the apples on top
  6. Sprinkle with the Sugar and Cinnamon, then top with remaining crumb mixture
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes, then serve warm with ice cream
