
Avocado Crema with Lime and Cilantro
Ingredients
- 2 Limes, juiced
- 1 clove Garlic, peeled and smashed
- 1/2 cup Cilantro leaves (Stems are fine too)
- 2 Avocados, medium
- 1 cup Crema or Sour Cream
- 2 TSP Cumin, freshly toasted and ground if you can)
- 1 TSP Black Pepper
- 1/2 TSP Chipotle (if you want some heat)
- 1/2 TSP Kosher salt
Instructions
- Add Garlic, Cilantro and Lime Juice to a food processor, pulse till everything is fine chopped
- Add the Avocados and repeat, scraping the sides as necessary.
- Add the Crema and mix well.
- Cool in fridge for 30 minutes before using.
