
Crispy Fish Batter
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Rice Flour (for Dredging)
- 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 u0026 1/4 TSP Baking Powder
- 1/4 TSP Salt
- 1 cup Cold Beer
Instructions
- Reserve 1/4 cup Rice Flour for dredging, put aside
- Mix the rest of the Rice Flour, AP Flour, Beer, Salt and Baking Powder in a bowl. Don’t overmix.
- Dredge a dried fish filet in the rice flour, dip in the better and into the fryer at 350F until golden brown and floating.
- Serve with tartar sauce and a lemon wedge.
