
Classic Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Crunch Peanut Butter
- 1 u0026 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 u0026 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 u0026 1/2 TSP Baking Soda
- 1 TSP Baking Powder
- 1/2 TSP Salt
Instructions
- Beat Butter, Sugars and Peanut Butter until smooth
- Beat in the Eggs
- Add flour, Baking Soda and Salt in a separate bowl
- Stir into the butter mixture and dough is just combined.
- Chill dough for an hour in the fridge
- Pre-heat the oven to 375F
- Roll dough into 1 inch balls and lay out on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Dip a fork into flour then press a cross-hatch into each cookie
- Bake till edges are golden, 7 – 10 minutes
- Let cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
