
Apple Oatmeal Crisp
Ingredients
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Butter, Melted
- 3 cups Apples, peeled, cored and rough chopped
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 3 TSP Cinnamon
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350F.
- Lightly grease an 8×8 (or 9×9) pan.
- Mix Brown Sugar, Oats, Flour and Butter in a large bowl
- Layer half the crumb mixture in the bottom of your pan
- Layer the apples on top
- Sprinkle with the Sugar and Cinnamon, then top with remaining crumb mixture
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then serve warm with ice cream
