
Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Flour
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1 TSP Baking Soda
- 1/4 cup Melted Butter
- 3 Ripe Bananas, Mashed
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Mix your Dries
- Mix your Wets
- Mix them together and pour into a greased 9×5 pan
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
- Immediately pop out of the pan and wrap in Plastic Cling Wrap (it wont melt)
- Rest on wire rack, wrapped, for minimum 30 minutes
- Slice up and enjoy some warm, moist banana bread!
