
Greek Seasoning
Ingredients
- 4 tsp sea salt
- 4 tsp garlic powder
- 4 tsp dried basil
- 4 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp dried rosemary, minced
- 2 tsp dried dill weed
- 2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 tsp ground thyme
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Use a mortar and pestle to break down the rosemary, or chop it with a knife being careful as the bits will fly.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and store in a mason jar or other airtight container.
- Shake container well before each use.
