
Jalapeno Poppers
Ingredients
- 6 Jalapeno Peppers (halved lengthways and cleaned out)
- 3/4 cup Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Panko
- 1/2 Cup Italian Breadcrumbs
- 1 Tsp Salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix the Breadcrumbs, Panko and salt (and any other seasonings you may want)
- Fill each jalapeno shell with ~1 Tablespoon of cream cheese
- Dunk the popper in milk, roll in flour and set aside on a wire rack to dry. About 10 minutes.
- Dunk the popper in the milk again, roll it in the panko mix, set aside to dry, about 10 minutes.
- Again, dunk the pepper back into the milk, back into the panko and set aside to dry once again.
- Fry in hot oil (350 degrees) for 5 minutes.
- Drain on paper towel and enjoy!
- BE CAREFUL: THEY ARE GOING TO BE SUPER HOT!!
