
Apple Stuffed Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 whole salmon
- 1 1/2 bread crumbs
- 1 apple (diced)
- 4 ounce apple juice
- 1 ounce raisins
- 2 ounce almonds
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 dash ground clove
Instructions
- Start by frying the almonds for a minute in butter and then adding the raisins to the pan.
- Mix everything together and throw it in the salmon.
- Wrap the salmon in foil.
- The important ingredient is the apple juice to make it moist, so don’t skimp.
- five pound salmon will take about 40 minutes at 400 – 450 fahrenheit.
- Serve with rice.
