
Spinach Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
- 1 package Knorr Vegetable Soup mix (the dry stuff)
- 3 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 package frozen spinach (thawed and very well drained, else you make soup)
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- 1 loaf pumpernickel bread
- 1 pound bacon (crisped up and chopped)
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 1 dash Sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Combine everything, let sit for about 2 hours in the fridge before serving.
- Hollow out the bread, chop bread into cubes….and pig out.
