
BBQ Candy Rub
One of the first recipes ever added to Eatapediia. Paul Firlotte created this back when we first started getting into BBQ.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Brown sugar
- 1/2 Cup Barbecue seasoning mix (available at the Bulk Barn)
- 1/4 Cup Sea salt
- 1 TBSP Dry mustard
- 1 TBSP Tony Chachere’s extra spicy cajun seasoning
- 1 TSP Garlic powder
- 1 TSP Smoked Paprika
- 1 TSP Cayenne pepper
- TSP Chipotle powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl using a metal whisk.
- Once all ingredients are thoroughly mixed transfer to airtight container and store in a cool dark place
